Refund Policy

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Eligibility

Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included. Custom or made-to-order solar kits may not be eligible for return.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed back to your original Paystack payment method within 5–10 business days.
